Water 50ml

Instructions:
Prepare the Gelatin Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin with 50ml of water.
Stir well to dissolve the gelatin and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.
Whip the Heavy Cream:
