I buy these in bulk from Costco and this is my go-to recipe! Sauce is best part!

Ingredients
– 4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
1. Season the pork chops to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the pork chops and cook until they are golden brown on both sides and reach an internal temperature of 145°F, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until it is fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Whisk in the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, and cook for 2 minutes, scraping any browned bits from the pan for added flavor.
6. Return the pork chops to the skillet, coat them in the sauce, and simmer for an additional minute, or until the sauce is thick and sticky.

7. Garnish the pork chops with fresh parsley before serving.
Variations & Tips
– For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a teaspoon of hot sauce to the honey garlic mixture.
– If you prefer bone-in pork chops, you’ll need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. These usually take a bit longer to cook through.
– To deepen the flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine to the skillet after sautéing the garlic, and let it reduce before adding the remaining sauce ingredients.
– Feel free to substitute the soy sauce with tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
– Remember to let the pork chops rest for a few minutes after cooking. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring each chop is moist and flavorful.
– And for those who appreciate a touch of extra sweetness, a sprinkle of brown sugar added to the sauce can create a more caramelized finish.
