To use, soak your nails in a mixture of equal parts water and vinegar. Rinse with water. Repeat this daily and your nails will become stronger over time.
2. Massage
Increasing blood flow to your hands stimulates nail growth. Try an oil or lotion can also improve your cuticle health and help nails maintain a good condition. 3. Sea salt
