4 boneless chicken breasts

6 slices of bacon

2 teaspoons dried onion flakes

Step 1

First, sprinkle the chicken with salt and knead it. Covering it and put it in fridge for 30 min.

While chicken is in the refrigerator, cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside. * Do not scrape grease. *

Fry chicken in bacon grease for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Place the chicken in a 9×13 inch skillet or skillet.
