Barrel cracker meatloaf

Barrel Cracker Meatloaf is easy, delicious, and will satisfy the whole family at a fraction of the price. Make this old-fashioned comfort food at home and serve it with butter cookies or mashed potatoes!
Meatloaf often gets a bad press. Especially if you’ve eaten the “mystery meat” often served in school canteens.
But when you prepare it with love (and a few simple tips), this classic comfort food quickly becomes a family favorite.
What’s the difference between a dry, bland meatloaf and a soft, savory bread?
This is where Cracker Barrel gets it right.

°2 eggs
°2/3 cup of milk
°32 Ritz biscuits, crushed
°1/2 cup chopped onion
°4 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°1 1/2 pounds minced meat
°1/2 cup of ketchup
°1/2 cup brown sugar
°1 teaspoon mustard
*How to make :
Preheat the oven to 350.
Beat the eggs. Add milk and biscuits. Stir in onions and cheese. Add minced meat. Mix well. Shape in the form of bread.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make the filling. Pour half of the filling over the meatloaf after 30 minutes of cooking. Return the bread to the oven for another 10 minutes. Pour remaining filling over meatloaf, return to oven, and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy !
