Brought this out as a party dip and folks went totally berserk over it. Finished it in record time

16 ounces softened cream cheese
4 ounces each of pepper jack cheese and sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of pepper jelly, adjust as desired
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, adjust as desired
2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives
1.In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Grate the cheeses and add them to the bowl with the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
3. Add the dry mustard, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, celery salt, dried minced onion, and dried parsley. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. (You can whip on high for 1 minute or so.)
4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and put in fridge overnight.
5. Whenever you are ready to serve, spread pepper jelly over the top and garnish with chives.
Serve with your favorite crackers, chips, or vegetables for dipping. Enjoy your Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip!

Note: This recipe can easily be doubled or halved depending on the number of guests or personal preference. Adjust the amount of pepper jelly according to your preferred level of spiciness. For a more intense flavor, consider using homemade or artisanal pepper jelly.
