Combine grated ginger, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and honey. Here’s how to prepare it


Begin by pouring the water into a small pot and placing it on medium heat. Once it reaches a boil, add the ginger and black pepper.
Boil this mixture for 3 minutes, then let it cool until it reaches a comfortable temperature.
Add honey to taste to sweeten the mixture.
Consume this drink as needed.
Recommended Usage:

Ideally, aim to drink 3 to 4 cups of this solution daily to help relieve congestion and cough. However, for milder symptoms, one cup on an empty stomach may suffice to alleviate mucus-related issues.
