Flourless pancakes with fluffy texture and delicious flavor

Recipe Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Coconut oil (to grease the pan)
Preparation:

First, using a bowl, crush the bananas until they reach a uniform texture. Then add the eggs, baking soda, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

Then mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

After that, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease it with coconut oil. Let’s now pour small portions of the dough into the frying pan, forming pancakes.

Finally, we will cook each side for about 2 minutes, or until they are golden.

It’s ready, now serve the pancakes hot, accompanied by fresh fruit or honey, if you prefer.
