Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) pre-made graham cracker crust
1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup milk
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Optional toppings:
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of confectioners’ sugar
1/2 cup of finely minced pistachios
Maraschino cherries to your liking
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until smooth, about 2 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the marshmallow fluff and cream cheese until there are no lumps.
3. Combine pudding mixture, 4 ounces whipped topping, and cream cheese mixture. Fold until well combined. Also add chopped pistachios.
4. Put this mixture in premade crust.
5. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
For the optional toppings: Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Pipe the whipped cream onto the chilled pie. Garnish with chopped pistachios and maraschino cherries to taste.
