Ingredients:
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces white chocolate chips
6 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green gel food coloring
½ teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Mix white chocolate chips (leave 1/4 cup for later), milk, heavy cream, peppermint extract.
2. Cook on low for 60-90 minutes, stirring to ensure chocolate is melted.
3. Once melted, add ~8 drops of green gel food coloring until your desired shade is achieved.
4. In a small bowl, microwave the reserved ¼ cup of white chocolate chips with ½ teaspoon of vegetable oil until melted.
5. Dip mugs into the melted chocolate and then into sprinkles.
6. Ladle the hot chocolate into the mugs. Garnish with your desired toppings!
