Ingredient Quantity
Sweetened condensed milk 1 (14-ounce) can
Whipped topping (like Cool Whip) 1 (8-ounce) container
Crushed pineapple, drained 1 (8-ounce) can
Sweetened shredded coconut 1 cup
Chopped pecans 1/2 cup
Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup
Prepared graham cracker pie crust 1
Mix Condensed Milk and Lemon Juice: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

Add Pineapple, Coconut, and Pecans: Add the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Fill the Pie Crust: Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until set. Overnight is best for full flavor.
