I’ve tried this recipe multiple times and can never get enough of the sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
3/4 cup matchstick-cut carrots
2 cups diced broccoli florets
3 packages of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
For the sauce:
1/3-1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp Sriracha sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until onion is translucent.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Break it up with a spatula.
3. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. In a bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients.
5. Pour sauce over the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Cook instant ramen noodles without seasoning packets separately, and drain.
7. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
