Made dinner together tonight, and we both couldn’t stop eating it! My hubby took more than half of it

1 to 1.5 pounds of ground beef
One 10.5-ounce tin of condensed cream of mushroom soup
One 10.5-ounce tin of condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
3 cups of frozen potato cubes
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 9×13 casserole dish.
2. Cook and drain the ground beef, then place in a large bowl.
3. Mix in both cream of mushroom and cream of cheddar cheese soup cans.
4. Add frozen cubed potatoes, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil, and bake for another 30 minutes.

Now you can cherish and share the legacy of Grandma’s Ground Beef Casserole. It’s a dish that brings warmth, love, and delicious flavors to any gathering or family meal. Enjoy!
