My nana made it this morning, and now everybody is begging her to do it again tomorrow.

Ingredients:
2 cups of leftover stuffing
2 large eggs
1/4 cup of chicken or turkey broth (as needed)
Cooking spray or butter (for the waffle iron)
Optional toppings: cranberry sauce, gravy, chopped turkey
Instructions:
Preheat Your Waffle Iron: Set your waffle iron to medium-high heat.
Prepare Stuffing Mixture:
In a large bowl, break up the leftover stuffing.
Beat the eggs and add them to the stuffing. Mix well.
Gradually add the broth, a tablespoon at a time, until the stuffing is moist but not soggy. The consistency should be similar to a thick batter.
Cook the Waffles:
Grease the waffle iron with cooking spray or butter.
Spoon the stuffing mixture onto the center of the waffle iron. Spread it evenly but don’t press it down too hard.
Close the waffle iron and cook until the waffle is golden and crisp. This usually takes about 5 to 7 minutes, but the time may vary depending on your waffle iron.
Serve:
Carefully remove the waffle from the iron.
Serve hot with your choice of toppings, such as cranberry sauce, gravy, or chopped turkey.

These waffles are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in a toaster or oven for a crispy texture.
This recipe is a great way to use up leftover stuffing and add a fun twist to your holiday meals. Enjoy your Turkey Stuffing Waffles!
