This no-knead bread recipe is so easy. Plus, it always impresses guests

3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups warm water (~110°F)
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt.
Add the warm water to the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until a shaggy dough forms. Do not overmix.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven with the lid on in the oven to heat for 30 minutes.
While the Dutch oven is heating, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. With floured hands, shape the dough into a round loaf.
Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven and take off the lid. Gently place the dough inside the Dutch oven.
Cover the Dutch oven with the lid and return it to the oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crusty.

Carefully remove the bread from the Dutch oven and allow it to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
