1 package of refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (your choice of cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere)
1/4 cup of diced cooked bacon or ham
1/4 cup of chopped vegetables (such as spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners for easy removal.
Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles that are slightly larger than the muffin tin openings.
