Thought I lost nana’s recipe, but I finally found it! This one tastes even better than I had remembered

1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups 2% milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a blender, combine the margarine, eggs, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla extract, and all-purpose flour. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is lightly browned.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before serving.
