Traditional Cherry Delight

Graham Cracker Base Assembly: Begin by smashing the graham crackers and melting the butter. Mix with powdered sugar and firmly press into the dish of your choice. To set, chill.
Layer of Cream Cheese: Beat the cream cheese until it’s light and fluffy. Fold in the vanilla essence and powdered sugar gradually.

Addition of Whipping Cream: Beat the cream until firm peaks form in a another bowl. Mix this gently with the cream cheese mixture.

8 ounces or 1 cup of whipped cream
One can (21 ounces) of cherry pie filling
