When mama first made this recipe, it instantly became a family favorite


2 cans (20 ounces each) of undrained unsweetened crushed pineapple
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Mix beaten eggs with undrained crushed pineapple in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon.
4. Gradually add dry mixture to the pineapple and eggs, stirring well.

5. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish.
6. Dot the top with butter.
7. Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown and set.
8. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
