Holy moly! Saw this online and knew I had to make it. Changed a few things and this recipe really worked


Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4
Grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese slices 4 slices
Sour cream 1 cup
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
Step 2: Place Chicken in the Dish


Put 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the casserole dish.
Step 3: Prepare Sour Cream Mixture


In a bowl, mix 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until well combined.
Step 4: Top with Mozzarella Cheese

Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Step 5: Spread Sour Cream Mixture

Evenly spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken breasts.
Step 6: Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the dish.
Step 7: Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8: Let it Rest

Remove from the oven and let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
