The best blueberry lemonade recipe is made with Greek yogurt, fresh or frozen berries, and a simple glaze. This easy recipe is tender, delicious and can be enjoyed all year round!
Delicious flavor combination: This recipe was born out of my love for lemon and berries (don’t miss the raspberry-lime pancakes and raspberry-lime roll if you’re a fan too!).  The flavor really shines through in this bread.
Perfectly Moist: The bread is so moist and delicious that I usually serve it plain, but the frosting rises for a special occasion.
ENJOY ALL YEAR ROUND: You can use fresh or frozen blueberries and enjoy them any time of the year!
+Recipe Variations:
*Lemon Raspberry Muffins: Prepare recipe as below and scoop batter into muffin tins, filling about 2/3 full. Baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 mn.
°Fruit: You can replace blueberries with diced raspberries, blackberries or strawberries.

°1/3 cup melted butter
°1 cup of sugar
°3 tablespoons lemon juice
°2 eggs
°1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 cup of milk
° 2 tsp grated lemon zest
°1/2 c chopped walnuts, optional
°1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
°2 tablespoons lemon juice
°1 tablespoon melted butter
°1 cup icing sugar
*How to make Lemon Blueberry Bread:
In a bowl, mix the butter with 1 cup of sugar, the juice and the eggs. Mix flour, baking powder & salt. Add the egg mixture alternately with the milk. Add lemon zest, nuts and berries. Pour the mix into a grease loaf pan. Cooking at 350 is approximately 61-71 minutes.
