Now that you have your ingredients ready, it’s time to start baking. Follow these steps to create your own Kentucky Apple Cake:


Heat Things Up: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan thoroughly.
Eggs First: In a mixing bowl, beat the 2 eggs and mix in the 2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 2-3 tbsp of milk, and 1 tsp of real vanilla extract.
Dry Squad: Sift the 2 cups of sugar, 2 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, and 1/8 tsp of salt. Add this dry mixture to the egg mixture.
